These terms govern your use of homepage.one (the "Service"), an automatically maintained professional profile generated from the online sources you choose to connect. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
homepage.one lets you connect social and professional accounts, generates a professional profile from the information you provide and the sources you connect, and lets you publish that profile at a homepage.one address. Any factual claim on your published profile is either information you entered directly, information imported from a source you explicitly connected, or a suggestion you reviewed and approved — we do not publish AI-generated claims about you without your review.
When you connect a source (for example, a social account), you authorize homepage.one to access the specific information that source's permission screen describes, for as long as the connection remains active. You can disconnect a source at any time; see our Data Deletion Instructions. Your use of any third-party platform you connect remains subject to that platform's own terms, which we don't control.
You retain ownership of the information and content you provide or approve for your profile. By publishing a profile, you grant homepage.one the license needed to host, display, and distribute that profile and its embeddable widget as part of operating the Service. You represent that you have the right to use anything you submit, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used abusively.
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a paid plan, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the plan's price on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices and included features may change; we'll give you reasonable notice of changes that affect an active subscription. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise at the time of cancellation.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time — see how to request deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or discontinue all or part of the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the accuracy of information imported from a connected source, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific business outcome (such as inquiries or leads) will result from using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, homepage.one will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where required by law, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
